Join us for a transformative and soulful experience as we welcome an incredible Kirtan leader from London to guide us through a ‘Way of the Heart’ workshop and Kirtan.
Heart sharing workshop & practice
What to Expect:
- Dive deep into heart sharing practices to learn how to give and receive love with an open heart.
- Discover how to uplift your Shakti (creative feminine energy) and connect with the natural flow of love within you.
- Explore ways to deal with emotions such as anger, fear, insecurity, hopelessness, worry, and anxiety.
- Experience release and transformation of blocks and traumas through the power of Kirtan and the workshop practices.
This workshop will help you uncover and address suppressed emotions that naturally arise, providing you with tools and techniques to heal and grow.
