We are running two classes…

Mantra Meditation (event full)

The mantra we use in Bhakti Marga is OM Namo Narayana. It means: ‘OM, I give everything to the One in whom all things dwell and who dwells in all things’. Chanting this mantra helps us to generate positivity, mental clarity and see unity in the would. You will learn how to use this mantra as a meditation practice that you can apply to many life situations.

This technique is one of the easiest meditation practices you can learn . It has also been used by Yogis for over 1000 years to successfully attain enlightenment. It’s deceptively simple and extremely powerful.

OM Chanting (event full)

OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. In addition to the personal benefits we receive, OM Chanting is also a service to humanity and Mother Earth.

The positive vibrational waves created by the OM Chanting spread as far as two kilometres, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment for all. The OM vibration continues to resonate in participants’ bodies after the circle, allowing them to share the positive energy with friends, family and loved ones when they arrive home after the session.

This is our first face-to-face event since the outbreak of Covid19 and we are happy life is getting back to normal. We will keep the windows open for ventilation, but due to the size of the room, it is impossible to keep 2 meters apart. We also can’t wear masks during OM Chanting. If you feel any Covid19 symptoms on the day of the event, please do not attend. Thank you smile.

This event is now full to capacity.
