DESCRIPTION:Bhakti Marga Ireland invite you to a unique Yoga and Meditation class that will teach you a set of yoga postures to enhance well being\, maintain fitness\, create good posture and increase energy in the physical body. Previous experience with Yoga practices it’s not required as our teachers will guide you through the flow – step by step. \nTIME: 10.30am-1.00pm Babaji Surya Namaskar\n\nOur moving meditation\, Babaji Surya Namaskar\, celebrates the Divinity of the human body. It is a moving prayer of gratitude that combines inner awareness\, silent mantras and ancient yoga asanas (postures). As the vinyasa (flow) takes root in the core of your body\, thinking subsides and your movements become a soft\, conscious expression of your true inner nature. \nBabaji Surya Namaskar contains back-bends\, forward-bends\, hip-openers and muscle strengthening postures ideal for preparing the body for pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. This simple\, yet powerful vinyasa takes 10-15 minutes and can be practiced any time of the day. Babaji Surya Namaskar is the foundation of a Kriya Yoga system Bhakti Marga offer called Atma Kriya Yoga. \nWe recommend practicing Sun Salutation regularly for some time before starting your journey with Atma Kriya as it will make the asana\, mudra and pranayama easier to practice. However\, if you are just looking to improve physical health and well being – then you can also just practice Sun Salutation as a stand alone technique. \n\n  \n\n\n\n  \n\n \nBonus Sound Bath session\nExperience a transformative Sound Bath experience led by the renowned Vedini Dasi\, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls\, gongs\, and chimes will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. In this immersive session\, Vedini Dasi will create a symphony of healing sounds designed to harmonise the mind\, body\, and spirit\, helping you release tension\, reduce stress\, and foster a profound sense of well-being. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner\, this event offers a serene space to unwind and connect with your inner self. \nUnder the expert guidance of Vedini Dasi\, participants will be gently bathed in resonant frequencies that promote healing and balance. As the sounds wash over you\, you may find yourself drifting into a meditative state\, where the mind can quieten and the body can rejuvenate. This sound bath is more than just a meditative experience; it is an opportunity to realign your energies and leave feeling refreshed\, centred\, and at peace.
