OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of OM. The practice transforms negative energy, helps purify the local environment and supports the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants.
4.00-5.00pm Talks and guided meditation
“Where can Spirituality take us?” is the topic for an inspirational talk from Swamini Karuna. The talk will show us how to overcome illness and tragedy and explain how we can go deeper to touch the depths of our soul. Swamini Karuna will conclude by teaching a simple meditation technique that builds inner strength, focus and clarity of mind.
5.00-6.00pm Heart Music
Music is the language of the heart. Through music, we get connected to the essence of our being – Love. Bhakti Marga music awakens that Love inside the heart. The evening finishes with an incredible mix of Sanskrit and Gaelic songs that are composed using guitar, harmonium, drums and vocals to create a unique emotive musical experience.
