Like a prayer\, the positive vibrations of om can be offered to support those in need. \n\nOM CHANTING BENEFITS\nENHANCE WELL-BEING OM Chanting promotes inner peace\, mental clarity\, emotional freedom and physical health. Many people experience positive shifts.
