In this 30 minute Zoom class you will learn to relax the body and calm the mind using a simple guided meditation technique given by Paramahamsa Vishwananda. You will be taught by one of our experienced Yoga & Meditation teachers who will show you this simple technique to relax the body and create inner peace. The technique you learn can be easily integrated into your daily life; typically first thing in the morning and just before going to sleep at night.
This course is designed for beginners or people who want to start a regular meditataion practice under the guidence of a teacher. If you have some proir experience with meditataion, we suggest you try our 40 day mantra meditataion challenge called Project Mantra.

So what’s involved in this guided meditation class?
Not much, just sign up to this introductory course and we will get in touch with you to arrange a time that suits you for the class. The online class may be delivered one to one or in a small group. The teacher will give you a daily schedule for you to practice for one week, but we believe you will start to notice a positive impact in your life after just a few days.
