DESCRIPTION:Join us for a a powerful session of spiritual practice\, healing\, and uplifting mantras. \nWe’re pleased to offer two complementary practices within one special event: Kirtan music and OM Chanting. Participants are welcome to take part in both sessions or simply join the one that resonates most with them. \n4:00 pm to 5.00 pm: Kirtan & Sacred chants\nKirtan is a gentle\, shared musical experience centred on group participation. Led by Bhakti Marga musicians\, this one-hour session offers a relaxed and steady pace\, inviting everyone to take part through simple call-and-response chanting\, soft rhythms\, and traditional mantras. \n\nRather than a performance to watch\, Kirtan is a shared practice where everyone takes part and helps shape the atmosphere together. Whether you enjoy singing or prefer to join in more quietly\, no prior experience is needed — just a willingness to participate and be part of a focused\, communal chanting session. \n5:00 pm to 6.00 pm: OM Chanting\nOM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. The OM vibration resonates during and after the circle\, allowing participants to carry and share the good vibrations wherever they go. This practice also brings people together in service of others\, as the positive vibrations of OM can be offered like a prayer to support those in need. \n\nBenefits\nENHANCE WELL-BEING\nMany participants experience positive shifts: inner peace\, mental clarity\, emotional freedom\, and physical health.\nTRANSFORM NEGATIVITY\nRelease negativity\, transform it\, and be showered with positive energy.\nPURIFY THE ENVIRONMENT\nVibrational waves from OM Chanting spread across a 2-kilometer radius\, creating harmony\, peace\, and unity between humans and nature. \n*Health disclaimer: Group OM Chanting is not suitable for those who are suffering from Schizophrenia\, for those who take anti-depressive medication or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Why is this?\n\nEVENT DETAILS\nIf only joining OM Chanting\, please arrive by 4:50 PM – as its not possible to join circle after it starts\nWHAT TO BRING\nBring warm clothing and cushions/ blankets for your comfort. Bottles of water can be brought and placed in the middle of the OM Chanting circle to be charged with positive vibrations and experienced when drunk later in the day. \nComplimentary Chai and Cakes\nWe are thrilled to invite you to join us for some light refreshments and a friendly chat about the spiritual path as our event draws to a close.
