Date: 30 May 2020 – 2.00pm-6.00pm
Bhakti Marga are pleased to invite you to an afternoon of Kirtan, Mantra Chanting & Sound Healing in Dublin City centre. We will start the afternoon with live Kirtan from Bhakti Marga musicians touring from London – Sujatha and Nilambara Das will lead the festivities in an hour long chant and response session. This facilitated class will encourages the audience to not only listen, but chant along, clap and get involved using simple and energising spiritual songs from the East.
We will also continue with our season of chanting for world peace using well known Sanskrit mantras and this month we will be chanting 108 round the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra in our second facilitated session of 2020. Hailed by the sages as the heart of the Vedas, this mantra will help you tune into the healing force within you, supporting your spiritual growth, lifting you up in times of trouble, and reminding you of the higher aim of life.
We finish off the afternoon with the transformational power of OM Chanting. This sound healing technique activates the self-healing potential of participants and helps purify the local environment, supports the physical health and brings people together to share the positive vibrations of OM.
Complementary homemade gluten free cakes, herbal teas and snacks available throughout the day. We look forward to seeing you there……
