Date: 21 September 2019 – 10.30am - 12.30pm
We are pleased to inform you that Swamini Karuna will be coming to Dublin on to give a post Kriya course on September, Saturday 21st 2020. Often after the Atma Kriya Yoga Course, practitioners begin to experience changes both inside and outside. As a result of these positive changes, it is a good idea to meet up regularly and share experiences.
Swamini Karuna will revise the Atma Kriya Yoga practices in this short course as well as giving you other simple techniques to take you deeper into your practice. She will explain the philosophy of Bhakti and enlighten us on the five Bhavas that can be experienced through regular practice of the techniques.
It is a good to practice Atma Kriya Yoga together as a group because practitioners always have a more profound experience. Even if you have practiced little in recent months, please come along – Atma Kriya Yoga is a life long journey. Swamini Karuna says; “It would be good to connect with you all again and share a meditation experience”. This short course is open to everyone who has taken the Atma Kriya Yoga course in Ireland.
Schedule for the morning
10.00pm-10.30pm – Registration and welcome.
10.30pm-12.30pm – Atma Kriya Yoga (in depth).
