Avoiding Demonic Qualities

  3. Keep Anger in Check: Develop strategies for managing anger, such as deep breathing, meditation, or engaging in physical activity to diffuse intense emotions.
  4. Eschew Harshness: Cultivate a gentle and kind approach in your interactions. Words can be powerful, so choose those that heal rather than hurt.
  5. Dispelling Ignorance: Invest in education, and keep yourself informed about the world around you. Always question and seek the truth.
