Babaji Surya Namaskar is a moving prayer of gratitude that combines reverence and awareness of the Divine with an ancient set of yoga asanas (postures). A simple practice of 6-8 daily rounds takes only 10-15 minutes, and can provide many benefits such as increasing physical strength, better energy flow and clarity of mind.
This moving meditation – Babaji Surya Namaskar, celebrates the divinity of the human body as a temple. The sequence of postures takes only a few minutes a day to practice and brings energy, balance and stability to your whole being.
Babaji Surya Namaskar is often taught in conjunction with Atma Kriya Yoga and Simply Meditation course. It may also be available at fairs and special events. You can learn the basics in only a couple of hours, and then you will have a well-rounded practice for a lifetime of health and vitality.
Surya Namaskar is an exercise which you do every day. It is an exercise of saluting the sun and where each part of your body is infused with the sun’s rays inside: sun energy.
